Alisa and Heidi talk about two minutes for peace, gratitude and being a big cheerleader for our kids' basketball teams. Alisa is a wonderful mindfulness teacher and yoga instructor, a social worker and psychotherapist. She works with Veterans around trauma giving them tools for increased serenity and joy.
