The Earth spins on her axis. From the Northern Hemisphere we experience the spinning in a counter-clockwise manner. From the Southern Hemisphere we experience the spinning in a clockwise manner. This is what is also known as a "polarized perspective." We speak a lot about being polarized these days. But do we understand what we are saying? When we meet someone with a polarized perspective, we are connected to that other person by everything we know--we are connected to the other person by the Earth. When viewed from this perspective, being polarized isn't all that bad--we just have to turn the situation over and look at it from the other side. Until we can do that we are speaking from a flat perspective--from a two dimensional perspective. And a two dimensional perspective does not describe reality. The Earth will show us how to have a 3 dimensional perspective that represents reality.
