When we toured the bustling Bow Cycle bike shop on Boxing Day, we received a grand tour to see the work Joel Sithorpe and the Bow Cycle team have done to enhance the customer experience and shop efficiency in Calgary, Alberta.
Joel joined the podcast to talk about the history of the business to becoming one of the largest bike shops in Canada. There is a lot of behind the scenic work as well as the learning the ownership group does each year with the the NBDA’s Profitability Project.
