Speaking of the hot corner, Max Muncy started a rehab assignment with Triple-A Oklahoma City, just four weeks after suffering a bone bruise in his left knee.
Hyeseong Kim was the corresponding roster move for Freeland. Kim was placed on the injured list with right shoulder bursitis.
