Pull up the latest news broadcast, and it's easy to see that this world we live in is seriously messed up. Terrorist attacks, acts of evil and Christians being persecuted are in the news seemingly every day. So how do we live in this messed-up world? How do we speak about Jesus, our Savior, to a world that doesn't always want to listen? When Jesus returned to heaven, He left the disciples with the Holy Spirit, and He also leaves us this power to be the witness of the light and love of Christ to the world. A powerful witness will always point people to Jesus. A powerful witness will always receive opposition. And, a powerful witness will never be alone. God's desire for us is to live a life as a witness to the power and light of Jesus Christ.
