This week we discuss the mystifying unsolved case of Billie-Jo Jenkins. On 15 February 1997, the well-liked 13-year-old was found murdered at the home she shared with her foster family. Foster father Sion Jenkins would be nailed for the crime, but could he have done - as the prosecution claimed - in just three minutes?
