Three months ago I made a decision. Grow the comms side of the business. Build the systems. Test the assumptions. Iterate. I am now in month three. And the market has told me something I did not go in expecting to hear. In this episode I unpack what happened.

The flagship offer I built was sophisticated, well-priced, and solving a real problem. It was also leapfrogging about two-thirds of the people I most wanted to work with. They had a different problem first. Smaller, earlier, more personal. That earlier problem turned out to be coaching, which is the exact offer I had resisted putting forward for the better part of two years.
