1. School System; Cape Elizabeth has had top 5 ranking for many years.
2. Water; Cape Elizabeth is a oceanfront community but also has Great Pond a fresh water pond.
3. Trails; there is a great trail system here in Cape Elizabeth.  Get outside and enjoy them! :)
