Jesus began is ministry after his rejection in his home town.  What occurred each Sabbath is symbolic to what needs to happen in the body today.  

In Luke Chapter 4 Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit and He was led by the Holy Spirit to where He found himself in the synagogue where  He cast out an unclean spirit our of a man in the synagogue.  How many churches are filled with people who need internal cleansing in our houses of worship.  In Luke Chapter 6 the "Second Sabbath", he ate raw heads of wheat and was challenged by the religious order yet He reminded  their King David ate the Show Bread in the temple on the Sabbath.  How many are hungry for the Word of God in our houses of worship and the religious orders keep us deprived from the Word of God?  Many have to go to the source and be fed directly from Jesus the raw Bread of Life. Third, He healed on the Sabbath.  How many are waiting to be healed?  Many attend houses of worship yet no healing take place.  Jesus, delivers us from the captive, He fills us with His bread of His Word, and He heals us.  Jesus is our source for all things.
