Brad Reed joins us to discuss his running journey.  Brad's laser focus has helped him endure weeks underwater, running loops in his backyard, and a go out fast approach to running ultras.  In the end its all about what we choose to center our attention.

Tom Green joins us to discuss early ultra races and his completion of the first Grand Slam. He discusses his attempt at the first Barkleys and his withdraw while leading the race after one lap.   We also discuss his severe head injury in 2015 that threatened his life and his ability to run.
