Today's Clear Mind Podcast Episode 4 was my attempt to answer the questions, "How do I get help?" In a faced paced environment with so much information at our finger tips we can get anxiety just searching the words, "I may have a drinking problem." 

I use my personal experience of what it took for me to ask for help, and then discussed things that people today don't have to actually go through. For example, a person doesn't have to get 100% miserable to finally ask for help. 

The motivation certainly is not there when we are not desperate, however it doesn't mean your not deemed worthy of recovery. It just looks different. 

So shared three simple things you can do to just start the conversation of that maybe you have a drinking problem and could use some guidance.
