Listen Later

The number of people working from home for the last three years has tripled. Covid made many companies realize their employees can work from home and still be productive. Studies have found that people working from home are 20% happier than people constantly going to the office.

Have you experienced a situation where one of your family members works from home, occupying spaces around the house like the dining room, living room, or bedroom? • If you are adding a new space, make sure it honors the home. It has to appear as if it has always been meant to be there.
  • Make sure you understand renovations take time, and they may cause a disruption in how things are done. Consider the shift in your home when things are getting done.
