3. Winning in the Mind:

  • Creating vivid mental imagery of a confident version of oneself can help in developing a clearer sense of confidence.
  • The body does not distinguish between real or perceived experiences, making mental imagery incredibly effective.
  • Embrace the concept of an unlimited mind, where all possibilities exist.
