Real Unity

Thresholds Into the New World | Painter Jacqueline Claire | Ep 8

Listen Later

On this episode of Real Unity, Sienna Mae Heath is joined by Jacqueline Claire, a contemporary sacred artist based in the Texas Hill Country. Jacqueline’s paintings serve as visual meditations—quiet thresholds into presence, stillness, and the unseen—offering a counterpoint to a restless, accelerated world.

Together, they reflect on Jacqueline’s creative process, her perspective on art and AI, and the influence of a multigenerational artistic lineage. Raised painting in her mother Sabrina Laumer’s studio, Jacqueline is the granddaughter of sci-fi writer Keith Laumer and the niece of pioneering rock photographer Tom Wright, whose work captured artists like The Who and The Rolling Stones.

Now living and working close to the land, Jacqueline’s homestead life shapes a practice rooted in intuition, receptivity, and reverence for place. This conversation explores art as a living relationship—one that invites us to slow down, listen, and return to what is essential.
