Regret is one of the most universal human experiences — and one of the least talked about honestly. In this episode, Rev. Dr. Zina Jacque helps us explore what regret actually is, why we hold onto it so stubbornly, and what it means to truly renegotiate your relationship with the past rather than just "let it go." We look at the difference between regret that stunts our growth and regret that teaches us, and offer a framework for turning your hardest moments into the foundation for a more intentional future. Because the goal was never to have no regrets — it's to stop letting them run the show.
