Napoleon is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations practice with a focus on Corporate Strategy. Napoleon's primary experience has been working on corporate and business unit strategic planning and prioritization initiatives, innovation strategy, competitive positioning, go-to-market strategy, data and analytics strategy, and operating model strategies for large Life, Annuity and P&C Insurance clients. Napoleon also has experience working on functional and business unit strategy for large Asset Management and Commercial Banking clients. 

Napoleon is an emerging DEI leader within Deloitte and his wider community. Napoleon graduated with his MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
