Megan Dalla-Camina is one of those powerhouse women whose accolades and achievements are pages long. From her high flying corporate career working for companies such as IBM and PwC to her successful business, books, and now her new enterprise, Lead Like a Woman, extraordinary is definitely a fitting way to describe her.

I first met Megan last year through the online community, B School, and was surprised when she recently revealed to me that she identifies as more introverted, even as she explains in the episode, this is a new revelation to her as well.

In this episode, we chat about:

The new conversation around introverts to help people better understand themselves;

The corporate environment not being particularly supportive of introverted people (especially women) and the stock standard model of a 'leader' in workplaces;

Finding ways to make your work environment work for you and help you thrive;

Why introverts make such great leaders;

How to stand up and thrive as a leader if that's not your natural tendency;

Megan's personal journey to burn out from her corporate career and how she's aligned her business to support her introverted energy.
