In this episode, Sara has a conversation with Michelle Hunter. Michelle shares how she works daily to embody that she is enough just as she is. Whenever she is struggling she goes back to the simple phrase "I am enough just as I am, just as I am". We so often do not give ourselves enough credit for how incredible we are just as we are.
Meet Michelle:
Michelle is a mom of two children on earth and loves on one in heaven. She is a teacher, book junkie, diet culture survivor and stillbirth Mama.

Meet the Host:
Sara Glendenning is the founder of Sara Hope Podcast Productions, Host of Path to Me Podcast, and author. After being diagnosed with a learning disability at a young age, Sara began hiding from the world, afraid of not being capable or worthy of achieving her dreams. After realizing her worth, Sara now knows how competent she is. Sara now genuinely believes she can live the life of her dreams, that it was only herself that was holding her back. She has made it her mission to inspire others to overcome the fear of others' judgment but mostly themselves. To ultimately show up as their true selves and live the life of their dreams.
