In this episode, Nova and Mack interview Piero Sarmiento (aka Keep It PG), a Peruvian spoken word artist and real estate agent based in D.C. They talk about overcoming stage fright, being introverted as a performance artist, not caring too much about what everyone thinks, and overcoming failure. They also discuss how being multilingual impacts the way you think and the way you express yourself. Piero shares how living in D.C. has allowed him to tap into the open mic scene and advance as a spoken word artist. He also shares some inspiring words to encourage artists to express themselves.
