Folashade Ashaolu relocated to the USA 15 years ago with her 2 brothers. Started her career at Church's  Texas Chicken with a 6/hr, then, later on, joined Mcdonald's fast food. After 6 months of working, she sat down with the owner-operator and negotiated her future.

Folashade now has 2 Mcdonald's with over 8.8 Million annual returns and currently manages over 110 staff. She is a philanthropist with a heart of Gold. Helping and serving her community and its environs.

She is joining Host Ropo Tusin today on Dwell in the Land to share her success story.
