Have you ever noticed how time can feel completely different depending on the season of life you’re in?
In this quick episode of Thriving on the Journey, I’m sharing a reflection on our sense of time: how it differs for each of us, and how our own perception can shift as we move through different seasons.
A little space to pause and consider: how does time feel for you right now? 🤍
What if some of the people, opportunities, and rooms that will change your life are still ahead of you?
In this episode, I’m talking about what it means to elevate your frequency and intentionally move toward the life you want — one choice, one environment, and one brave step at a time.
I share why I believe so deeply in law of attraction, but also why I don’t think it’s about sitting back and waiting for your life to change. It’s about noticing what you’re surrounding yourself with, how you’re showing up, what you’re saying yes to, and whether your current choices are actually aligned with the person you’re becoming.
We’re talking about energy, environment, new opportunities, the people you haven’t met yet, and the small intentional actions that can start creating a completely different direction for your life.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or like you know there’s more for you but you’re not quite sure how to get there, this episode is for you.
You do not need to have the whole journey figured out. You just need to take the next step toward the life that feels more like you.
What if changing your life doesn’t start with one huge decision, but with one small yes?
In this episode of Thriving on the Journey, I’m talking about what happens when you start saying yes to yourself, to opportunities, and to the small actions that move you toward the person you want to become.
The life you’re living today has been shaped by choices you made months and years ago. Which also means the choices you make today are quietly shaping what comes next.
We’ll talk about taking action before you feel completely ready, noticing the opportunities already in front of you, and asking yourself a simple question:
What can I do today that my future self will thank me for?
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to take the next intentional step.
✨ From surviving to thriving, one intentional step at a time.
What if structure didn’t make your life feel more restricted but actually gave you more freedom?
In this episode, I’m sharing what I’m learning about weekly resets, time blocking, energy patterns, and creating structure that works with my real life instead of against it.
I also talk about the idea of an 8-week reset, using a defined season of time to notice what’s working, what isn’t, where your energy is going, and what you want to intentionally change next.
This is something I’m actively experimenting with myself, and I’m also starting to create a journal around the process.
I definitely don’t have the perfect routine figured out, and that’s kind of the point.
This episode is about becoming more proactive, paying attention to your patterns, and building structure that actually supports the life you want to live.
If you want to join me for an 8-week reset starting in September, reach out to me on Instagram. I’d love to have you be part of it.
Have you ever felt stuck, uninspired, or disconnected from yourself — even when nothing is obviously wrong?
Sometimes the shift we need isn’t about trying harder, becoming more disciplined, or completely reinventing our lives. Sometimes we need to look at what we’re surrounded by.
In this episode of Thriving on the Journey, I’m talking about the power of an environment shift — how changing your surroundings can influence your energy, creativity, perspective, and the version of you that has room to show up.
This isn’t about running away from your life or believing a new place will magically fix everything. It’s about becoming more intentional about the spaces, routines, people, and environments that are shaping you.
If you’ve been feeling stuck lately, this episode is an invitation to ask yourself:
Does my current environment support the person I’m becoming?
Sometimes you don’t need to change everything. You just need enough of a shift to see things differently.
✨ Thriving on the Journey — moving from surviving to thriving, one intentional step at a time.
What does it actually mean to be thriving—especially when your life is still a work in progress?
In this episode, I’m unpacking the meaning behind Thriving on the Journey and why thriving isn’t about finally reaching a version of your life where everything is figured out.
It’s about becoming more intentional with the life you’re already living. Paying attention to what feels aligned, learning from the seasons that stretch you, celebrating the progress that’s easy to overlook, and continuing to choose the person you’re becoming—one step at a time.
If you’ve been waiting to feel more confident, healed, successful, consistent, or certain before allowing yourself to believe you’re doing well, this conversation is for you.
You don’t have to arrive before you can begin to thrive. 🤍
Welcome to a new chapter of Thriving on the Journey.
In this episode, Julia reintroduces herself and reflects on what it means to keep becoming—especially when your life, identity, priorities, and vision have evolved.
“Becoming” explores alignment, personal growth, and gratitude without pretending that we ever reach a perfectly finished version of ourselves. It is a conversation about recognizing how far you have come, being honest about what no longer feels aligned, and giving yourself permission to step into the next version of your life intentionally.
This episode also marks the beginning of a more intentional season for Thriving on the Journey: a space created to help women move from surviving to thriving, one intentional step at a time.
Julia is not sharing from the finish line. She is walking alongside you while learning, reflecting, questioning, practising, and becoming too.
This episode is for the woman who feels herself changing, knows she is ready for something more, or simply needs a reminder that she does not have to transform her entire life overnight.
Sometimes becoming begins with one honest reflection, one intentional decision, and one next step.
Listen, reflect, and consider:
Who are you becoming in this season of your life?

Have you ever felt like you’re doing everything right… but your life still isn’t reflecting it yet?
In this episode, I’m talking about the “lag” in life — the space between the work you’re putting in now and the results you’re hoping to see. Because the truth is, growth doesn’t always happen instantly. Sometimes your future is being built quietly, behind the scenes, long before you can actually see it.
I share my thoughts on consistency, identity, trusting the process, and why so many people quit during the invisible phase of growth. If you’ve been feeling discouraged, stuck, or like your effort isn’t paying off yet, this episode is your reminder not to give up on yourself too soon.
Your life is always catching up to your habits.
Journal Prompt:
What am I doing right now that my future self will thank me for — even if I can’t see the results yet?
Thank you for being here and growing with me 🤍
In this episode, I’m reflecting on what it actually feels like to take intentional time for yourself and why this time felt completely different.
After working 26 days in a row, I took a full week off and instead of feeling burnt out, I felt aligned, present, and genuinely excited to come back to my life.
It made me realize there is a difference between being truly burnt out and just being tired from a life you actually love.
I open up about a time in my life where I was burnt out, working a 9 to 5 while serving, feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and not like myself, and compare it to where I am now.
In this episode, we talk about the difference between burnout and being tired, what intentional rest actually looks like, why time is your most valuable asset, and how to build a life you don’t need to escape from.
If you’ve been feeling exhausted or unsure if you’re on the right path, this episode will help you reflect, reset, and reconnect with what truly fills your cup.
Journal Prompts
Am I tired because I’m doing a lot or because I’m living out of alignment?
What actually refills me and am I making time for it?
How am I currently spending my free time?
Am I building a life I need to escape from or one I get to return to?
In this episode, I’m sharing the five core values that guide my life and shape the decisions I make every day: adventure, love, health, growth, and wealth.
Over time, I’ve realized that when life feels confusing or uncertain, coming back to my values helps ground me and reminds me what truly matters. They act like a compass, helping me make decisions that align with the kind of life I want to build.
In this conversation, I reflect on what each of these values means to me, how they show up in my life, and how they’ve influenced everything from the experiences I say yes to, to the habits I’m trying to build.
This episode is also an invitation for you to reflect on your own values and consider whether the life you’re building aligns with what truly matters to you.
Because when your actions align with your values, life starts to feel a lot more meaningful.
At the end of the episode, I’ll also share a few journal prompts to help you explore your own core values and the life you want to create.
Thank you for being here and for thriving on this journey with me.
