Hi my name is Saida Mahoney I am a proud 29 year old transgender man living my life to the fullest with my genetic disease, my rare diseases, my disabilities and chronic medical conditions!

I am a man. I am proud. I am thriving.

I am also medically fragile and medically fragile. I live with rare diseases, a genetic condition, chronic medical conditions, and disabilities.

Some may call me “complex.” some may call me “too fragile” I call myself resilient, capable, bold and unstoppable.

On March 18 2026, I will undergo my double incision top surgery. This is not just a procedure. This is my body aligning with my identity, my courage facing the unknown, and my life claiming its own power.
