As we move into Day 7 of Through the Bible with KJD Dickerson, something important begins to happen in the narrative of Scripture—the story starts to narrow.

Up to this point, we have seen creation, the flood, and the spread of nations. Then the focus shifted to Abraham. Now, beginning in Genesis chapters 24 through 27, the story moves from Abraham to Isaac, and then toward Jacob.

God is not just telling the story of humanity—He is telling the story of a promise.
