This week's adventure is taken in the company of Alice Mabin, who slipped into a coma after falling from a horse at the age of 15. Miraculously, she suffered no long-term damage and rebuilt her life.

Eventually, she became restless and quit her secure job to photograph agriculture and transport, including the world’s largest cattle drive where 18,000 head of cattle travelled 2,500 kilometres, to explain the way these two industries affect and are integral to our day-to-day lives. Alice has since published four books containing 5,000 images.
