He most recently had 200 employees across North America and ran a $1 million+ budget. Sandy talks with Alex about working at ESPN, building your own business in sports, and how to successfully work from home in the sports industry.

For him, it is all about balance and making sure you don’t get sucked too deeply into either work problems or family problems at any one time. When he is working then he is all in, but remembers to take breaks and go all into non-work relate responsibilities like taking his dog on a walk.
