This week, Stephen & Gabe head up to the Hudson Valley for a hoppy round of beers from Industrial Arts Brewing Company. Founded by Ithaca Beer Co.’s Jeff O’Neil in 2016, Industrial Arts embraces the interplay between art and science, creation and innovation. With a commitment to local ingredients, quality product and sustainability from the farm to the glass, this growing operation represents some of the best that Upstate NY has to offer.
Featured beers: Yes Farms Yes Beer, Power Tools IPA, State of the Art: Piña Colada DIPA and Impact Wrench Triple IPA. Plus: Possibly the BIGGEST news ever reported on The HOP! (Spoiler alert: It’s Panera related.)
