Apostrophe IPA began as an experiment with just Mosaic hops. As it won our hearts, we continued to experiment and bring in old friends like Magnum Hops and Flaked Oats. What you have now is our favorite version showcasing that tropical citrusy Mosaic magic and solid malt backbone. We hope you enjoy!
