Here's a mental health check.

It's been an emotional week or two for me. My 5 year-old best friend (daughter) started kindergarten and my beloved best friend cat of 14 years went to heaven. Sometimes in all the ups and downs of life, we need to take time just to be. Listening to ASMR or rain sounds tends to relax me and de-stress everything from my mind to my shoulders. I also love listening to calming sounds as I work and create. I needed this peace this week. Hopefully, it serves you too. <3
