Our ‘Local Expert’ this week is Margaret Wallace-Jones, owner of brilliant community children’s bookshop, The Alligator’s Mouth in Richmond. Margaret gives us her top tips for finding the best independent bookshops in Richmond and lots more to boot.

My ‘Local Hero’ is fellow Riverside Radio presenter Ali Palmer who cofounded Book Clubs in Schools, a great way of getting children to inspire each other to read in SW London schools! Regular show features ‘Vix B Style’ and ‘Vix B Loves’ have tips for how to make the best of your home and recommend local activities, arts & culture events to get excited about!
