Part 1 - Willard John, chairman of the Port Authority Board, makes a special appearance to bring updates on new flight activity to the island. Recently, "Fly the Whale" a commuter airline, agreed to provide inter-island flight services between St. Croix and St. Thomas. John notes the potential of new flights to the Territory and its potential to restore the economic and social atmosphere. The airline's first flight is scheduled for Monday, April 24, in time to accommodate the busy Carnival season.
