Jesus seemed to prioritize spending time with those in the margins of society. He hung out with fraudulent tax collectors, talked with prostitutes and adulterers, and He touched and healed lepers and the unclean. Many of His harshest moments of rebuke came when He encountered the religious elites and leaders. As Pastor Dan will clarify in today’s message, the purpose of this wasn’t to show acceptance for their sin, but to meet their need for repentance and salvation.
