Have you ever hurt someone, and instead of retaliating or holding it against you, they forgave you and withheld the consequences you deserved? It’s a humbling experience. Even the most broken relationship can heal because of that act of mercy. As Pastor Dan will remind us in today’s message, all of us have hurt God with our actions and attitudes. We deserve eternal separation from Him, yet He’s extended mercy and, even beyond that, grace, in offering redemption through Christ.
