Episode 15 of the Thursdeighties podcast features Emmy-award winning actor and social activist David Clennon.
David created one of my favorite television antagonists of all time - Miles Drentell in the series “Thirtysomething" (1987-1991). However, David’s career began as a background actor in the 1973 classic, “The Way We Were”, and over the past 50+ years he has worked with legendary directors Hal Ashby, Costa Gavras, Ivan Reitman, John Carpenter, David Fincher, Ed Zwick and Marshall Herskovitz (Marshall was a previous guest on Thursdeighties). He won an Emmy in 1993 for his role as Peter Brewer on the groundbreaking HBO series, “Dream On”.
Listen to part 1 of our conversation - part 2 is coming in a couple of weeks.
