On episode 3, Michael talks to Michael Goldberg, the former executive director of Northwell Health’s Long Island Jewish Medical Center. At LIJ, Michael led the day-to-day operations of the hospital’s $1 billion annual operating budget, 583 beds, 6,500 employees, and 4,000 physicians.

Michael has since founded and created Walkalongside Leader, Inc. to help executives support their culture by coaching them to walk alongside their teams.
