Gloria is known for her leadership as a momentum strategist, author and speaker. Her first book, BYOB: The Unapologetic Guide to Being Your Own Boss, became an Amazon.ca best-seller in Entrepreneurship and Self-Esteem.

Today, Gloria pours her wide-ranging experience into her own company, Wedge15. Together with her Co-Founder and husband, Ricardo McRae, they consult clients from Toronto to Trinidad on how to build strategy and momentum into their projects.
