Maybe you have heard the saying “When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot in it and hang on.”

I think many of us could name a time when we felt as if we hanging on in a situation that was quickly slipping from our hands. What is your knot made of? What do you hang on to when you find yourself in a crisis? 

John 14:1 says, Jesus said, "Don't let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust in me."
