Claudio Mate is a DJ and producer from Southern Italy who began his career in 1996. A few years later, he expanded his endeavors by becoming a vinyl dealer and taking on roles as A&R and label manager for several Italian labels.
Today, he manages "Ottagono Design Of Music," a vinyl shop and management company, and runs the independent Octagon Studio, both of which primarily focus on Japanese music.
Proudly identifying as a 100% Otaku, Claudio is also in the process of launching a new label, Claudio Mate Records, which will showcase his works and collaborations.

Β«This is a vinyl-only mix that you can easily enjoy at home, in the car, or simply in the club. It aligns with my vision in terms of DJing, which shares many similarities with Tiella Sound.
Additionally, I included a few tunes that I used to regularly play at our private Loft Party at La Terra over two decades ago. La Terra was a private mansion owned by my spiritual father and mentor, Joe Palesky, one of the most prominent Italian record collectors. Sadly, Joe passed away a couple of years ago. Without him, I wouldn't have been able to create such beautiful music experiences.Β»
