Case #1: On April 25, 2023, a 25 year-old Black woman named Tiera Strand went to a bar in Austin, Texas to spend time with friends and have a fun night out. But after she gets into a fight with a few of her friends and supposedly walks off alone into the night, she isn’t seen again until her dead body is found in a ditch 70 miles away from where she was last seen alive.

Case #2: It’s the story of Kayla Barfield, who was allegedly held captive after helping a woman with a baby. It’s the story of how a single act of kindness can turn deadly.
