Tiffany Wallace, Rodan and Fields RFx Leader and Lexus Achiever, had put in years of hard work doing what she was "supposed to do," and landed her dream job as a teacher and curriculum coach and mentor. However, she found herself still not leaning into all of her passions, still rushing through her days and crawling into bed thinking, "There has to be more than this constant feeling of living for my weekends." After becoming a new mom, Tiffany knew she wanted to own her time, her days and her freedom.
