TikTok earned its way onto our 2026 Dirty Dozen List because it continues to fail at protecting children, letting predators use messaging, comments, and livestreams to groom and exploit minors. There are other issues with the platform as well, and Haley and Dani discuss that as well as a recent investigation that documented the alarming scope of child exploitation activities.
