Secretary of State Rex Tillerson was fired by President Trump via tweet on Tuesday. His replacement, Mike Pompeo will move from his post as C.I.A. director to fill Tillerson’s seat, and Gina Hapsel will replace Pompeo at the C.I.A.’s top post.
