After a few years hiatus... Marley and Tilly are back!!! Tilly’s life has been nothing short of a TRAINWRECK, but fortunately Marley is here to grab the wheel and try to get the brakes going. We didn’t think it could get any worse than the face freckle debacle... but of course it can. So here we are again with Tilly regretting her absolutely impulsive boob job and Marley regretting his friendship choices.

All jokes aside, the whole surgery was a trainwreck from start to finish as Tilly reveals the horrific side effects it has had on her body along with the serious implications that operations like this can have.
