After a long year I’m the dark, I had to do life scared. The only way through is through!

Sometimes we have to look at our wounds and have faith that they will become scars that we can celebrate.

Are you taking the time to heal? Or are you just going through the motions? Are you just checking marking the self care boxes off, but not really digging deeper. It’s time we stop putting band aids on our pain, but really heal from what hurts us.

This pandemic has really affected us in so many ways. Physically, mentally, spiritually, and it’s important we understand that we need to be patient and kind and learn through this time. It’s okay to feel your feels during this time!
