He’s a two-time national champion, Heisman Trophy winner, first-round NFL draft pick and a former professional baseball player. She’s a South African model and beauty queen who was crowned Miss Universe 2017. While on the surface a professional sports player and a pageant queen may not have a lot in common, it turns out Tim and Demi-Leigh found they share “a whole lot in purpose.” Another thing they have in common? Navigating the high-highs of their big careers and the low-lows of identity loss when the public titles fade away. For Tim, the pain of getting cut from the NFL this past year.
