This week we’re heading across the pond to England to talk with Tim and Tracey Clarke from the Accessible Waterways Association.

Tim and Tracey were on the TV show Narrow Escapes, currently on Amazon Prime.

They live full-time on a narrow boat and travel the canals and waterways of England — proving that adventure doesn’t look one way and life really is better by the water.

Tracey has a visual impairment and travels with her guide dog.

Tim has a hearing impairment and a hearing dog. Together, they’re changing what access looks like on the waterways.

This is a great conversation about independence, teamwork, accessibility around the waterways and finding your own way outdoors.
