Dashcam footage from 1/2015 of a motorist incident goes viral showing 64 year-old Venetta Bullock being stopped on Highway 7 in Hot Spring county in Arkansas.  A Hot Spring County Sheriff's department review found no wrongdoing on the part of the officers and resulted in no action.
