Chicago is a Hell Hole and it's Police Force is Corrupt Too.  The DOJ is taking a run at Chicago so why don't we?  Lets look at Laquan McDonald, Ronald Johnson, Calivin Cross and other police involved shootings and investigations that don't add up.
