Raised in New Jersey, Strom was an outlier as he wore Joe Mauer and Marián Gáborík jerseys to school. A standout basketball player in NJ, Strom played college hoops at Kean University. Post basketball, he was an intern at SiriusXM for Chris “Mad Dog” Russo.

A graduate of Kean University, in Union NJ, the 23-year-old not only hosts a show on the network but also is an on-air talent at Princeton University for the Men’s Basketball team on WPRB.
