Colonel Mustard from It's All Geek to Me!:

1.5 oz gin (Caskers)

3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 oz pear brandy (Caskers)

1.5 oz Mustard Mix

Strain and pour into a glass, garnish with a mint sprig.

For the Mustard Mix: (Makes enough for 6 cocktails)

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp honey

6 tbsp lemon juice
