Director & Writer Tim Fehlbaum is back. This time our conversation about his films HELL and TIDES had us nerding out over Sci-fi genre films (shout out to #AnotherEarth). Tim reveals that budget limitations can lead to creative ingenuity, what his four sisters have to do with his strong female characters and we also go on a little Steven Spielberg tangent. Enjoy!
